Sarah loves assisting her clients journey toward more active and vibrant lifestyle!  She was first attracted to a career in massage after hearing about a horse that came in limping, was treated by a massage therapist, and walked out with its problem relieved.  She graduated from the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley in 2010.  She has worked her own business part time in both Lafayette and Greeley. She also worked two years at Elements Massage in Louisville.        A course in Positional Release 5 years ago was a great benefit to her practice.  More recently she has been studying materials from James Walaski,  LMT and has become proficient in many of his Orthopedic Massage techniques. These techniques  are transforming her practice and it is a great joy to see people with such increased mobility and comfort embracing an active quality of life.     Sarah's son, Ryan is a junior in High School.  They live in Lafayette where Ryan is involved in wrestling, school, and work.      Sarah has also long enjoyed working  as a home health caregiver, currently just  a few overnights.       She and her son believe family time and fun are important.  They have recently visited  Belize, Mexico, Yellowstone and several Utah National Parks.
