My name is Samantha Sprinkle. I'd love to introduce myself and share about my massage therapy style. I look forward to serving the community and continuing to evolve my practice through the creation of Mystic Massage & Well Being. I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2011. I have been trained in many modalities, and I enjoy providing a variety of techniques within my sessions. In 2017 I was trained and attuned to Reiki. This opening to energy work shifted me and my massage style in a holistic and positive way. I continued my reiki training in the years to follow. My main priority throughout our time together is your comfort. I strive to meet the requests and needs of all of my clients. In a majority of sessions, I do my best to maintain balance in between deeper techniques and flowing strokes by tuning in with my intuitive touch. Clients often enjoy my methods of working out knots and tension, while still providing relaxation and stress relief. Some of my favorite modalities to provide are reiki massage, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and hot stone massage. I can, and will, adjust upon your request and from the responses I get from your muscles. I always enjoy finding the balance that is right for each individual body and session. It's important to consider massage therapy as part of your regular health routine. Regardless of old injuries or chronic holding patterns, every individual will greatly benefit from a massage, at minimum every three weeks. The purpose of this is to combat the stresses of everyday life and routines. Often, we find ourselves with injuries or muscle stiffness that can cause us to be uncomfortable, limiting our movements or even cause pain. During our sessions, we will discuss any ailments or concerns that you have. Afterwards, I will recommend what I believe will be an appropriate approach to getting you back to a healthy, comfortable place. I believe consistency is key. My methods can cater to those seeking pure relaxation, as well as those who require a more focused therapeutic session. Together, we will get your body moving in the right direction.
