Why I Practice:   My experience of healing has led to an appreciation of practices that bring relief, growth and gratitude. It's my privilege to share them with you. I call it a practice because it is a process of daily contribution to deepen in the experience (and experiment) of embodiment. The practice is physical, intellectual and spiritual. We are biologically wired to grow and heal in a simple and accessible way. The ripples of effect both inward and outward are profoundly satisfying. I invite you into this practice. About Remy: I grew up in Hawai'i and have worked or studied abroad in Denmark and Mexico. I lived four years in Cleveland, seven in Chicago, six in Los Angeles and six in Lexington, Kentucky. I have had the privilege of serving in IT consulting, small business development, food service, healthcare, farming, and environmental education. I enjoy friends & family, wandering in wild places, learning new tricks, and carefully watching the seasons change. I hold a BA in Biology from Case Western Reserve University ('06), and graduated from Crestone Healing Arts Center, a Colorado State certified massage school, in 2021.
