My work is to listen and respond, with the recipient's needs as the priority and guide. The basis of my training is traditional Chinese healing, five elements theory, with energy work (qi gong) as the foundation of my approach to health and healing. ​ ​ Clients have often described their experiences as “restorative,” “deeply relaxing” and “profound.”   My touch is described as “nourishing,” “highly intuitive” and “just right.”   The most common words clients use to describe how they feel after sessions with me are  "revitalized," "relaxed," and "unwound".
