The bodywork I offer in Spring Valley is now a combination of Myofascial/Swedish, Trigger Points, Sports, Neuromuscular, Thai, and bringing in Breath and Energy therapies as an option. I love creating a relaxing inviting atmosphere for  my clients. Started my massage practice 10 years ago and many years of other modalities previously and along side. With my practice I’m very passionate about helping others bring balance into their bodies and lives.
