I’m  Milene  Tieze ,  a licensed  massage therapist in California. I am originally  from  Brazil,  but  I’ve  been living in San Diego for the past 17 years.   I h a ve a  thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals.     I Graduated as Physical Therapist in Brazil and   specialize d  in Clinical massage.  I have  worked  for 7 years  as a PT aide  assisting   in a   PT Ortho  clinic .     R ecently  I  completed  a  yoga teacher training in Indi a .      Bringing   a holistic approach  to  my  work,  I would like to  fully  attend  to  each  client's  needs,   blending clear presence with practiced skill.      My main goal is to  meet you where you are on your journey.     Whether you  desire  a deeply relaxing massage, work on long-term injuries ,  trauma, or treatments.   I   have  experience in myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, Swedish, Thai massage, neuromuscular therapy , stretching therapy  and passionate  about  yoga therapy.
