Our bodies do so much for us. They allow us to go places, have adventures, and just plain navigate space in our day to day lives. But the cold hard truth is that they’re not perfect , and they’re not maintenance free. Over time things get tight, sore, or painful as the apparent side to side imbalances become obvious. And ultimately, for many people, this leads them to either (1) accept pain and dysfunction and/or (2) give up doing what they love. This doesn’t have to be you. Over the past 10 years I’ve developed a system where I help people just like you address chronic tension and muscle imbalances so they can get back to what they love stronger, and pain free. I know what it’s like to have problems that just aren’t getting any better and the feelings of frustration and hopelessness that come along. You can get better, and I’m here to show you how.
