My lifestyle is busy, exciting adventurous and compassionate. I coach the "throws team" at my sons high school in the Spring after working the NFL season in the Fall ends. I compete USATF Masters throwing shot put, discus, javelin, weight and superweight throws. I also Bellydance with my troupe and enjoy performing at shows around California. I am proud to have reached many goals. My career goals working with professional athletes has been a reminder that education and persisitence is key to success. Competing in the masters field events allows me to keep my compoetitive drive. Coaching keeps me challenged and on point with sharing the importance of biomechanics for executing proper throws techniques. I am compassionate and proficient at everything I do. I taught massage therapy for over 10 years and alway encouraged students to "Be good at everything you do  because one never knows who's watching what you do"
