My name is Sonia Alese;  California Certified Massage Therapist with a degree in Kinesiology & Current college student working towards becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  I offer Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Therapeutic/ PNF Stretching, Sports Massage, Cupping Massage, Shiatsu and Prenatal Massage.  I believe massage therapy to be one of the most powerful forms of healing; I have personally witnessed the life-changing impact it can have in someone's life. I truly love what I do.  There is no typical client; I see people with a large variety of issues: sufferers of muscle pain, joint pain, migraines, stress, herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, athletic and work injuries, multiple sclerosis, and many more issues.
