My favorite type of client likes to explore how their body, mind and spirit can aid in their healing. I use both massage and energy work to help uncover what is keeping my clients body in pain. I am a graduate of the Barbara Brennan school of healing. A four year energy medicine school. I help you find the un-awakened part of you. The part of you that has you replay the same patterns. I also use Hellerwork, a structural bodywork to help your body regain more physical mobility. I am a trained Lymph massage therapist. I use this primarily for clients who have swelling after having surgery. Like a hip replacement or knee surgery. Or when you find your arms or legs are swelling and retaining fluids. I am an avid student of how the body works....both physically and energetically. I have been helping people regain mobility for over 29 years. I use my background as a professional dancer and photographer to aid me in "seeing" how your body is moving. And it helps me see the discomfort or tight areas. One of my greatest joys is helping my clients get out of pain.
