Massaging with an intuitive touch, Theresa is able to harness the body's natural relaxation response thus assisting the recovery process for after workouts, sports and everyday activities. Her technique is customized in the moment, where she is known to utilize many modalities during her massage. System Specific massages such as Lymphatic drainage and circulatory: post surgery/inflammation indicators,  Swedish/Deep tissue: relaxation/muscle recovery, Reflexology: feet-hands-face, Reiki: energy work. Always including some ROM and a comfortable stretch for joint mobility and muscular re-education.  Schedule an event at work, or a spa day at home*. Massage does a body good. *Safe practice!
