I grew up in Idaho, on Moscow Mountain. We had horses and I loved gardening, dancing, singing and horse camping with my community. When I was 5, I drowned in a cistern on this land. I was clinically dead for 45 minutes, my little brain preserved in ice cold water. I lay in a coma for 3 days, and I had an out of body, near death experience. I remember it well. After having this awakening, I felt a deep sense of presence and oneness, I also realized how challenging it was to Be, And remain connected to, and present in my body. And so, this has been my exploration, to call myself to presence here, and now. I have been studying practices to strengthen and support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual awareness since this little death. I spent my youth out in nature and traveled for 5 years after going to college for Art and Architecture. I love camping, water, dancing and moving in nature, playing the drum, singing, making art, and learning. I believe in the power of healing and gratitude. I continue to spend my moments becoming more skilled at being, so that I can support my clients in finding their center, and moving from this place. I express and heal my body thru movement, by being in and near water, and by receiving and giving Myofascial Release. I want to inspire you to feel better in your body by practicing awareness.
