Jan has been practicing massage from 1993.  She has over 800 hours of classroom education exclusively in massage therapy. She is trained in a variety of types of massage including Accupressure, deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage and aromatherapy.  Jan has worked in a variety of atmospheres including chiropractic offices, fitness centers and spas. She has experience with carpel tunnel, fibromyalgia, post liposuction, headaches, chronic pain   and stress relief,  She is a certified member of The Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and   The California Massage Therapy Council (CMTC)
