My name is Amy Dalton, I am a 14+ year veteran, a former helicopter mechanic now turned people mechanic. Body mechanics is my passion, discovering how and why things move. As a result of me diving into my own healing, I changed my career at 30 to Neuromuscular Therapy. My passion for preventative care, connecting mind with body, client education and easing pain has created the foundation of this business. I value collaborative care, meaning I work with other practitioners, and your own body to create function where pain existed. The body is our tool into our human experience. In my efforts to maintain my body, I power lift, do yoga, bike, hike, completed Spartan Trifecta, Tai Chi anything that keeps me moving and enjoying life. This allows me first hand experience of movement and the opportunity to combine it with intuition and knowledge to help heal. Neuromuscular Certified with National Holistic Institute California Certified Lic #75394 Active Release Technique certified Full Body level 1 Functional Movement Tapping certified Member of the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) and American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA)
