I am Ventura County native, born and raised in Camarillo. I started my practice in 2003 in Camarillo and offer massage treatments ranging from light relaxing to serious muscle work dealing with trauma and injury. I have degrees in Psychology & Business from Moorpark College as well as over 500 hours of massage training. I started with massage right out of high school to aid in the orthopedic recovery of my twin brother who was confined to a wheelchair for his entire life. Thinking I was going to massage school to change his life for the better, I never knew that it would change my life immeasurably. I spent the next four years training and working to be able to better assist him all the while gaining valuable knowledge that would make me unique in my field. He passed in 2007, but I knew that there would always be others out there who needed me just like he did. I like to incorporate postural work as well as muscle lengthening in my massages. I am a big believer in education work with the client - if you understand how that body part is supposed to work and what it is actually doing you will be better equipped to aid in your own healing process. I also  believe in assessing the body and will ask lots of questions to aid me in the individuals bodywork plan. I am currently training in cupping  and Vacu-cupping therapies and utilize hot stones and aromatherapy  when needed. I am comfortable with all body and gender types and all levels of ability,  I continued to be accepting and open to all clients, allowing them to feel safe when in my care.
