My passion for bodywork and helping others began over 10 years ago. I became a licensed massage therapist at Monterey Institute of Touch in Carmel, California. I more recently became specialized in Maya Abdominal massage, also known as Arvigo® Therapy. My office is located near the beautiful Lake Merritt in Oakland, California. My goal is to share this work with individuals and help them with their reproductive and digestive needs. I also teach self care during my sessions as well as cupping and herbal treatments. Other modalities I practice include swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage.
