I am a certified massage therapist in the state of California, and am an alumni of the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA. There I completed 1250 hours of training in the NHI core program and Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program. I am a lifelong learner and continue to attend workshops and stay up to date on the latest research. I have been an active, body-aware person my whole life. From gymnastics as a child to mountain biking, rock climbing, yoga, and trail running as an adult, I pepper my sessions with a love of movement and respect for the remarkable complexities of the human body. I have found my limits through injury on a number of occasions, and have had the fortune of receiving excellent care to get me back to where I am today. It is my ultimate goal to be part of this process for others by helping to restore and maintain pain free movement in your body.
