Crystal is a certified massage therapist who has been in the massage industry for the past 5 years. Growing up playing sports, her fascination with human anatomy began at a young age. In 2017, Crystal went on to complete a massage therapy program. From there, she fell in love with helping people minimize their bodily pains through manual therapy and that has since become her sole focus.
