Aloha! My name is Melissa Obra. I originate from the Big Island of Hawaii. E Ala E means "to call forth; to awaken." I believe the body has an innate desire to heal itself when injured or hurting. I facilitate that process by taking my time, listening to your body, following the tension to its source, and then releasing it. I incorporate multiple modalities into each massage session, with a focus on Deep Tissue and Trigger Point release for effective pain relief.
