I'm Shelby H, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and I graduated from Carrington College in October 2023. Throughout my program, I was honored to be on the Dean’s List and became licensed in April 2024. I specialize in a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, attachment manipulation, prenatal, hot stones, and aromatherapy. I customize each session with light to firm pressure based on the individual needs of my clients, offering a personalized experience for optimal relief and relaxation. Living with Fibromyalgia has given me a deep understanding of chronic pain, which inspired me to pursue massage therapy. While I’m known for my work in relieving pain in the neck, shoulders, back, and arms, I offer full-body massage services to address a variety of needs. My main goal is to help clients feel pain-free and relaxed, both physically and mentally, by the time they leave my table. I’m dedicated to continuing my education and am currently expanding my skill set by learning reiki, acupressure, myofascial Release, and grief work over the next year. I’m passionate about helping others find the relief they deserve and supporting them in their journey to wellness. I work out of my peaceful space, Eden's Tranquility , where I look forward to meeting you and providing a tranquil escape for your mind and body.
