I've been a huge fan of bodywork ever since my first massage in my early twenties. It opened up a whole journey for me that I'm still on, into greater awareness, and health. I've had the honor of studying with many great teachers over the years and have learned from them modalities such as Rebalancing, Myoskeletal Alignment, Trager, The Eden Method, Shiatsu and Craniosacral. The common thread that has woven all these techniques together has been the experience of us being so much more than the physical body we inhabit. This has led me to a fully holistic approach, attending to our subtle energies, as well as our physical, structural form. Over 20 years of study with Donna Eden and her work in energy medicine has given me a strong foundation for the blend of body- and energy work I now practice. My specialties are working with stress and its many adverse effects, chronic illness and pain, and helping women achieve optimum health and vitality through all stages of life and its challenges. I work with each person as an individual, meeting them where they are and using appropriate techniques to fit their unique needs. Since 2017, I am also honored to be working with breast cancer patients through the Healing Consciousness Foundation.
