Swedish/relaxation massage Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) which is a technique incorporated in the massages using specialized instruments in conjunction with my hands. These tools allow for targeted treatment of muscles, fascia, ligaments and tendons involved with movement. It increases circulation to the area, breaking up scar tissue, improving the function in unhealthy tissues, and reducing tension. This combined technique increases flexibility and range of motion for the area of treatment. Tools, Trigger Point, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular relief, Lymphatic drainage, stretching and hot stones may also be incorporated.
