I offer many therapeutic techniques and modalities including: Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Connective Tissue Therapy, Circulatory/Swedish, Craniosacral, Cupping, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitated stretching, and Pre and Post Event Sports Massage. 

All of these techniques and modalities sculpt my massage and bodywork style. In a common bodywork session the principal techniques I draw from are trigger point, neuromuscular, connective tissue, circulatory and myofascial release. Any modality, technique (example: cupping) can be specifically requested and included in your booked session, with no added charge. At the beginning of every session I will ask if there is a region of your structure that you would like to focus on, communication before and during a session aides in making the most of a massage. I aim for the bodywork I practice to support the movement you do in your life and bolster the physical state you aim to maintain and improve. Bodywork on a regular basis, at a frequency that works for you, provides the opportunity to build a treatment path that supports your athletic training, acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain, occupational or trade derived muscular discomfort, scar tissue, circulation, or previous injuries.
