Sports Massage focuses on techniques that will relieve muscle aches,
various pains, and stiffness common to athletes. Unlike a typical Sports
Massage, the strokes applied during a Russian Sports Massage are
generally slower and have gentler motions. During a typical session

light therapy, PEMF, cryotherapy and principles of Ayurvedic massage,
Ashiatsu and structural integration. An Average session can range from
90 minutes to 2 hours depending on client need and tolerance. By
