My name is Christina "C. J. " Wade and my philosophy is to create a space for you to relax and refocus on your needs. Everything on your schedule commands energy, even the things you love to do. That energy must be replenished in order for you to be your best self. So, when you enter your session, you are the focus because you matter. I entered therapeutic massage because I noticed a lot of people in performing arts and public service careers were sacrificing themselves in the name of entertaining and helping others. Later in life, when I experienced chronic back pain, I realized I was one of those exhaustive-giving people too and my chiropractor suggested massage therapy in combination with my visits. It worked and I haven't had chronic back pain since. I learned that therapeutic massage wasn't just for a spa day, it was a positive component to my overall health. It reminded me that in the midst of all that I do, I mattered too. Throughout my therapeutic massage program, I enjoyed helping people recognize their natural setting was relaxed, not tensed. After all, that is what my massage therapists did for me. >>> For more information about me, below is my official therapeutic massage bio. With over 25 years of performing arts experience, C. J.
