Renae Grass LMT #5084     Originally from Indiana, Renae graduated from Rising Spirit Institute in Atlanta, GA in 2002 and has been practicing massage therapy ever since.  Renae prides herself on countless hours of continuing education.  She is experienced in various modalities, such as Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, and Upledger CranioSacral Therapy for Cranial Nerves.  While at Rising Spirit Institute, she acquired extensive training in NeuroMuscular Therapy.  She also has been trained in John Barnes Myofascial Release and Unwinding Techniques, The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy.  She has experience in various industries of massage such as Chiropractor and Physical Therapy Offices and has a great deal of knowledge about the body as a whole. She realizes the struggles people may face on a daily basis with pain, stress, PTSD, anxiety of everyday life.  While living in Galveston, TX, she pursued continuing education in Massage for Cancer Patients. Since losing her brother in 1998, she saw first hand the importance of massage and bodywork through his struggles with Leukemia.
