Massage has always been in my life for as long as I can remember. My mother would have me massage her neck when she had tension headaches and when my friends and I had sleepovers, we would take turns massaging each other. We would set a 10 minute timer and then switch when the time was up. There was a time in my life when my mother worked at the local chiropractic office giving massages and I remember thinking it was so fascinating in there!  I am a graduate of Alaska Career College where I specialized in Swedish massage. My intention is to help my clients bring awareness to their body for their own self healing. My focus is relaxation massage with a therapeutic intent to relieve tension in muscles. I currently provide massage in Palmer and Wasilla.  My hobbies include the fiber arts; spinning fiber into yarn, knitting, crocheting, and so much more, horseback riding, hiking, and spending time with my friends, family, and animals! I am a member of the Valley Fiber Arts Guild and on the board for Southcentral Therapeutic Riding, Inc (STRIDE).
