I have been practicing massage therapy since 2009 and attended Alaska Career College. I also have a background in being a medical assistant. I specialize in Swedish massage and focused deep tissue work and I also work with trigger points and neuromuscular education. Massage Therapy has been a passion for mine for years because I want to understand the body and how it moves and heals on it own. It's a blessing to work on people and see them come out feeling better or have a better understanding on what they need to feel good. I want to add a soothing touch to sooth the Mind, Body and Spirit.
