Hello, I'm  Gray Day LMT (he/him). A lifelong Alaskan and a LGBTQIA2S+ community member. My main focus is to help those within, and outside the community, who struggle with body pains as well as body image issues using the art of massage therapy.  As someone who has dealt with many muscukoskeletal issues from years of childhood sports and a t-bone car accident and who has also struggled with body image issues, I came to love and understand myself through the art of massage therapy and wanted to share that with the Anchorage (and surrounding) community.
