Lorel is a graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2200 hour Remedial Massage Therapy program. She is also is a Certified Reflexologist, having obtained her certification with the Therapeutic Reflexology Institute's 200 hour program. As a seasoned age group triathlete, marathon runner and community level coach, along with 18 years at an ergonomics consulting firm, Lorel gained valuable exposure to understanding human anatomy, common injuries, and health and wellness strategies. This experience, combined with a desire to help others, ignited her passion for Massage Therapy. Lorel has a passion for nature, spending her non-working days running, biking, hiking or camping in the mountains with her husband, Marc. Lorel is a full member of the National Health Practitioners Canada.
