About Regina Schmidt, LMT

About Me

My massage education began in my hometown of San Diego, CA in 2005 at the Body and Mind College, and eventually The International Professional School of Bodywork in 2009.

I received my Thai Massage Specialization at IPSB in 2010, from Dr. Richard Gold MSTOM, L. Ac

My education at IPSB taught me to utilize Tai Chi by moving and shifting both my weight and energy and to carry it through with my touch.

I believe mindful movement is an essential element of therapeutic work. I apply Tai Chi and Yoga principles into all my bodywork sessions.

I work with a holistic mindset. I'm not here to "fix" you. I'm here to provide a safe space that invites your nervous system to let go and allow your body to accept change.

I am so happy that I was able to find Regina! She is absolutely amazing! Not everyone is equipped to give Thai massages and I am always a little skeptical about finding someone who knows what they are doing and let me tell you Regina is Top Notch! She really gets in tune with what your body needs and is able to get in those nooks and crannies of your muscles! I felt like a bowl of jello by the time I was done :-) I promise you will not be disappointed! It's important to give your body what it needs and Regina will fulfill that!
