Wendy is a neuromuscular massage therapist that graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2017.  She uses a blend of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and firm muscular and joint manipulation in order to put the client's nervous system into a parasympathetic state ("rest and digest").  Clients receive a deep sense of body awareness, relief from chronic and acute tension/pain, and an opportunity to take the deepest breath they've taken in a long time..

Wendy was friendly but didn’t seem to be paying much attention to how much pressure she was using even when I was giving verbal feedback. She was very nice but I ended up a little bruised on my back and chest because of it.

Wendy knows her stuff! She is kind and attentive, but also checks in with you just the right amount of times to keep you in tune with what your body needs. Her skills are beyond many therapists I’ve seen! Wendy truly is the epitome of an excellent MT!

Wendy was amazing. I appreciate her taking the time to look at my profile and areas of concerns. Even for my first neuromuscular massage I could tell she knew right where to press and which line to take to ease the tension. I have a very old injury from a car wreck on top of life long fibromyalgia. She in the first session got into it and helped my nerves/muscles feel more relaxed. The world needs wonderful people like Wendy.
