About Wellness With Lianne

I’m Lianne, a licensed massage therapist (LMT), certified breathwork facilitator and reiki practitioner based in Saint Louis, MO. Before training in these modalities at the Healing Arts Center, I earned a master’s degree in human services counseling. My mission is to combine practical bodywork skills with trauma-informed sensitivity and the ability to hold individuals in a state of unconditional positive regard along the healing journey.

You can expect to feel supported within an environment of respect, compassion and empowerment as we work together on your mind-body wellness goals.

Lianne is among the very best in the area, full stop. With breathwork, she has guided me up to and through some of the most freeing and healing realizations. But because it is breathwork, the realizations are not just transformations of the thinking mind but ALSO the knowing body. So she has helped me see the path through long-held suffering in such a way that my physical self can heal in partnership with the autonomic self. If you have not yet broken through, try this process.

Great massage in a clean and calm space. I went in with a back pain and muscle stiffness. But I left feeling much better and relaxed. Lianne is a knowledgeable and caring therapist. I highly recommend Wellness with Lianne!
