About Train | Reign | Recover

While we can, and do, traditional Therapeutic Massage, our focus is on Sports Massage, Injury Prevention and Recovery, and general body maintenance. We specialize improving muscle tissue pliability using a variety of manual therapies including deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, kinesiotaping, scraping, corrective exercises, and nutrition.

All of the massage treatment sessions provided are customized for each person's unique needs at any given time. Massage may include use of varying pressures, stretching, cupping, and kinesiotaping.
