Highly recommend. Andrea is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. I could tell an immediate difference from a single session. If you have areas of focus or goals, she is great to work with you and will walk with you through the process. If just for maintenance such as removing knots and tightness that can lead to pain and injury, or gaining function for an active lifestyle, Touch of Therapy is outstanding.
