About Totally Worth It, LLC
With over 15 years of experience in a number of modalities, my goal is to work with you to meet your body's needs. One day you may need deep tissue massage another day you may need relaxation and stress relief. My technique uses a variety of approaches, specifically designed to help stretch and break up adhesions in the muscles--it may help muscle strains, aid healing after an injury. It can be beneficial before, during, or after sports events. It will help to promote flexibility, prevent injuries and improve performance.


All the massages are tailored to your specific needs for each visit.
