Casey provides a style of bodywork that is centered around therapeutic manipulation, aiming to realign the system for better function (movement) and structure (posture). This is something different than massage. His background with structural integration, personal training, massage therapy, and health coaching gives him a strong understanding of the body’s mechanics and how to improve movement. This results in a multi-layered experience for his clients that takes many aspects of their health and wellness into consideration. Sessions include customized treatments to meet physical and mental goals. This includes education on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, exercise, and stress management to meet your indiviual goals.
Though Casey has been dedicated to a lifestyle of wellness for most of his life, it was his prior struggles with chronic pain that fueled his path towards helping others. After feeling defeated by the Western medical system, he sought to empower himself by seeking treatment and education from quality bodyworkers, personal trainers, and health coaches. Now he helps others who -like he once thought- believe that pain and discomfort are something to accept as a normal way of living.
