2020, The year of Covid; that is when I decided I needed a change. I wasn't happy in my current career and felt very stagnant. I took it to God, and I prayed hard, which wasn't even something I did often then, but I knew it's what needed to happen. Then, when my friend sent me a link to a massage therapy school, it all clicked! Now, 4 years later, I am happily serving The Lord in ways that I literally only dreamed about before and able to branch out into my own massage space to better help each and every one who walks through my doors

Now that you know a little bit about my WHY, let me tell you WHAT I can do for you.

I am a licensed Massage therapist with a few modalities under my belt Including Reflexology, Sports massage, Swedish, effleurage, lymphatic draining and more. I am not afraid to use heavy pressure if one needs and requests it. For each massage, I offer a variety of "extras" like hot stones to aid in your healing.

Are you sore from your last workout or just sore from life? Do you have sciatic pain or hurts to walk on your feet? What about migraines or period cramps? Massages really do help with all of that. I will ask plenty of questions to narrow down your biggest areas of concern, so you get the most fulfilling massage experience. After, I will go over any stretches that you can do on your own time to continue to take care of your body, which is your very own temple and just being here shows that you already value yourself.

There are 2 locations to choose from, both with free and ample parking out front. Fitness Plus is fully paved while high quality pea gravel was used at The Great Escape. As I do want to help as many people as God allows, I do make occasional Housecalls and bring my own supplies, including the table or chair and cleaning supplies.
