It is my honor and privilege to use my therapeutic excellence to serve your health and wellness. I have a license for body work in the state of Vermont, and certificates in Fascial Counterstrain and Myofascial Release: Jones Institute, FCS F1 2024, FCS LV1 and 2 and John Barnes Myofascial Release, MFR 1 and Unwinding 2023, Manual Lymph Drainage 2022. For the last 5 years, I've worked as a PTA, with 3 years focused on manual therapy. My degree is in physical therapy assistance: 2020 River Valley Community College, wherein I achieved the Academic Excellence award. Privately I do not do PTA work. I opened a private option for bodywork so that you can have more dedicated time for manual therapy to completely release stuck places. This is a good option if you want a tune up, or if your situation does not rise to the level of needing physical therapy, and if you need time for yourself. I am offering only bodywork privately, not physical therapy. I do not diagnose. If you have a serious physical issue I recommend that you see a doctor. Manual therapy can help your body improve freedom of movement and relief from pain so that you can keep doing what you want to do in this world. Life is short, get free of pain and limitations. I observe HIPPA consent laws. Often stories and emotional stuff is stuck our bodies. I respect your privacy, your choices in life, you as a person.
