I combine my curiosity for the human mind-body interface with a compassion for helping others lead more fulfilled lives, grounded in the present moment through human touch. My practice is rooted in a passion for anatomy and physiology as well as the interplay between the nervous system and our musculoskeletal system. My greatest hope is to help my clients find peace in "present awareness.” To that end, polyvegal theory informs strategies I use to assist clients in becoming more attuned to bodily sensations. I believe healing touch and compassionate human presence are essential tools to provide grounding during times of stress and provide ballast in a modern world driven by technology and economic productivity.
