My path to massage and skincare started in 2004 when I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy with a 1000-hr Massage Therapy Certificate which included training in Swedish, Deep Tissue and neuromuscular therapy. I attended the Denver Integrative Massage School in 2016 and graduated with a 600-hr Massage Therapy Certificate which included extensive training in Thai Massage. I started Sumana Massage & Skincare in 2016 and have been growing my practice ever since! In 2017, I studied Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki with Angela Lenhardt which I incorporate into all my sessions. It is a wonderful way to add a deeper layer to my work and really tune into what your body needs for healing. In 2019, I completed the 600-hr Esthetician program at the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics and obtained my Esthetician license the same year. I became certified in Ashiatsu barefoot massage in 2022 and have loved being able to add a deeper layer of therapeutic work to my sessions. I am always furthering my education by taking continuing education classes. I am passionate about bodywork and skincare and am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge of the body and it's capacity to heal and grow.

My signature treatments include skincare, massage and energy work to get to the root causes of discomfort you feel in your body.
Sanitas Skincare products are used in all skincare treatments. They are a local, woman owned company with cruelty-free, dye-free, paraben and phthalate-free ingredients.
Cupping, hot towels & CBD can be included in all services. We can discuss the benefits, contraindications and any questions you might have at your appointment.
I have found that the best results from massage are obtained through regular treatment. For that reason I offer packages that will allow you to pre-pay for massage sessions at a discounted rate. You can purchase packages in office at your next appointment or online.
