Each unique session is influenced by your specific soft tissue imbalances. We begin with an orthopedic-style assessment to pinpoint the root cause of your discomfort. Then it is an interactive experience where you and you therapist work as a team to put your body back into balance using range-of-motion exercises, stretches, and soft tissue manipulations.
