As a Massage Therapist, I find immense joy in helping others achieve their wellness goals through a personalized approach to bodywork. My education at the Healing Arts and Massage School in Raleigh, NC, laid a strong foundation in lymphatic massage and various therapeutic techniques, including sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. I also hold certifications in ACE Cupping, TMJD & Intraoral massage, and headache relief.
My unique approach involves layering modalities such as lymphatic drainage, cupping, gua sha, Swedish massage, myofascial release, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, and hydrotherapy. This gradual introduction of techniques allows the connective tissue to soften naturally, preventing shock to the muscles and promoting deeper, more effective work. By working in harmony with your body’s rhythms, I help you achieve and maintain homeostasis, supporting your body's natural healing processes.
