Cancelations, Fees, and Refunds:
Appointments canceled with 24 hours' notice or more will not be charged for service and if prepaid will be issued a full refund back to the original form of tender. Please allow up to 7 allow up to 7 business days for banks to process refund to your bank.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a late cancelation fee equal to 50% of the services book. If services were prepaid a refund equal to 50% of the booked services will be issued back to the original form of tender. Please allow up to 7 allow up to 7 business days for banks to process refund to your bank.
No showing for an appointment will result in a charge equal to all services booked, if prepaid no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued on gift certificates.
