* Fees due before or at end of Session. No Refunds. While I understand things come up, I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you are responsible for 50% of the treatment cost before rebooking. However, if you find someone to fill your spot, the fee will be waived. Any no call/no show appointments will be charged the full cost of the treatment before rebooking.
