After working several years in the corporate world upon graduating from Western Kentucky University, I decided to study massage therapy at Genesis Career College in 2011. Since receiving my license, I have gained experience in solo practice, chiropractic office, and therapeutic spa settings.
I enjoy utilizing multiple modalities to customize sessions for my client's specific needs to alleviate chronic pain, injury, tension, and stress. I believe that massage can not only help one with physical symptoms, but mental and emotional issues as well. Living in balance, while difficult in this day and time, is possible. Helping my clients to achieve this balance is the main goal of my practice.
In 2016, I received my certification in Pediatric Massage. Everyone, including kids, can benefit from massage. I enjoy working with special needs, as well as normally developing kiddos, ages 3-18.
