Prairie Ocean Bodywork

Prairie Ocean Bodywork was born from the desire to bring something of value in myself to service in the world.

On an instinctual level, I recognize that that is what so many of us are wanting to bring into the world.

It’s my passion to support my clientele in continuing to offer the great value of who they are in the world. This is achieved through consistent therapeutic bodywork that

• relieves stress
• reduces pain
• removes mechanical limitations 
• realigns imbalances
• rehabilitates injuries
• recovers connection to self 
• remembers the value of self-caring

My work is both Intuitive and Structural, based in a Deep Tissue Myofascial approach. I uses slow, firm contact to bring awareness to tissues and tension. Additionally, I utilizes Swedish Massage to flush and increase fluid circulation, Trigger Point Therapy to address long standing points of stagnation in the muscle bellies, and other Neuromuscular Therapies to assist in Orthopedic recoveries.
