If we haven't met, I'm Angela. As physical therapist with 30 years of experience, I've helped hundreds of people just like you get out of pain so they can feel good while doing both the things they have to do AND the things they want to do. I want to help you take back your life and rediscover passion and joy! I specialize in myofascial release (MFR), Pilates, and Reiki.
Self empowerment is a HUGE piece of your healing journey. You'll learn a lot - about what's going on, about how your body works, and about how your activities (or limitation in activities) impacts your body. You'll also learn self release techniques and home exercises so you can get (and keep) yourself feeling better. We'll dive into manageable lifestyle changes you can make, one step at a time, to help you get to where you want to be. (And full disclosure, once my clients start to see the possibilities and potential for themselves open up, they reassess their goals because they realize there can be more.)
