Hi! I’ve been a licensed therapist for 7 years now, I went to massage school just a few months after graduating high school in 2016 and that’s still the best decision I’ve ever made.
I’ve always had a strong passion for understanding the human body.
Performance, recovery, and optimization are so fascinating to me.
The how’s and why’s in which the body moves and functions, experimenting with different techniques to find how the body responds best. I am so curious and always ready to learn what makes every body unique.
I would describe my style as an integrative approach, using stretching, breathwork, a mixture of western and eastern modalities, I make sure I’m curating a massage tailored to exactly what a client needs in that moment.
No two sessions are ever the same and I’m dedicated to proving to everyone that it’s never too late to start prioritizing our bodies needs.
