Background:
Paxton grew up locally and pursued her career as a full-time massage therapist upon completion of the 630 Hour Massage Program at GMMS. She began by working amongst local salons and acupuncturists. As her confidence, experiences, and opportunities grew- she went on to become an independent massage therapist and private business owner. Paxton has found great success and satisfaction in the establishment of her local business. She is motivated to heal, help, and hear all clients out.
Paxton's primary goal is to change the perception of massage therapy-she says that while it is often viewed as a luxury service or desire, it should be described more as an investment and necessity. Of course it is relaxing in nature, but the foundation is built upon recovery of those overused and under appreciated muscles!

Education & Trainings:
- Green Mountain Massage School (GMMS): This was a 630 Hour Course, which included the subjects of: Anatomy, Physiology, Kineosiology, Pathology, Ethics, Business Basics and trained these following modalities: Self-Care for Bodyworkers, Aromatherapy, Energy, Hydrotherapy, Spa Bodywork Applications (i.e. wraps, scrubs, stones), Swedish Relaxing Massage, Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage, and Reflexology.
- Cupping
- Reiki I Certified
- Norwich University Corps of Cadets: Bachelors in International Studies, minors in History and Spanish
Semester Abroad in Madrid, Spain
- FUTURE SERVICES: Certification in Pediatric Massage (Ages 2-18)
