Intuitive massage for whole body wellness
Mana Massage and Wellness is a whole body wellness experience. Intuitive massage for physical and energetic tension release. Mana, the Hawaiian mantra meaning "healing power within" is the basis of the therapeutic massage practiced. By connecting to the healing power within each individual we can achieve physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.
Mana operates out of the workout facility REM wellness. Working alongside owner Ryan Breen we have combined contrast therapy and massage therapy for an innovative approach to healing. Starting with the infrared sauna we are able to soften the tissue and encourage the body to enter a more relaxed state prior to the massage. After that, the massage session is performed, unwinding restriction throughout the whole body. We finish up with cold water immersion that solidifies the work from the massage and leaves your body feeling incredibly refreshed. It's an entirely new way to experience massage and truly heal. We are so excited to share it with our clients.
